YayNDA LLC ("YayNDA," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the YayNDA platform, website at yaynda.com, application at app.yaynda.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). This policy applies to business users of the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and job title when you create an account or fill out a form on our website.
- Payment Information: Billing details and payment card information processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- User Content: Documents you upload to the Service, including NDAs and related legal documents, for the purpose of comparison, analysis, and merging.
- Communications: Information you provide when you contact us through our contact form, email, or other channels.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and other interaction data.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and gather analytics. See Section 7 for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process your documents for comparison, analysis, and merging as you direct
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails, including account confirmations, trial notifications, and service updates
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Process Your Documents
When you upload NDAs or other documents to the Service, we process them as follows:
- AI Processing: Your documents are sent to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) for analysis. Anthropic's API terms provide that data submitted through their API is not used to train their AI models.
- Isolated Storage: Each user or user group has its own secure, isolated database. Your documents and data are never accessible to other users.
- Purpose Limitation: Your documents are processed solely for the purpose of providing the comparison, analysis, and merge functionality you request. We do not use your documents for any other purpose, including AI model training.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Location: All data is stored in the United States.
- Infrastructure: We use Supabase for database hosting, which provides encryption at rest and in transit.
- Isolation: Each user or user group has a dedicated, isolated database instance. No other user can access your data.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest.
- Access Controls: Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, AI processing, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Protection of Rights: When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of YayNDA, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following categories of third-party services:
- AI Processing: Anthropic (Claude API) for document analysis and comparison
- Database Hosting: Supabase for secure data storage
- Analytics and Marketing: HubSpot for contact management, form processing, and email communications
- Hosting: Cloudflare for website hosting and content delivery
Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We encourage you to review their policies.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Maintain your session and preferences
- Analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
- Track form submissions and marketing effectiveness
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain uploaded documents only as long as necessary to provide the Service functionality you request. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except as required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
12. International Users
The Service is operated in the United States and data is stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
